1. Cancellation Rules

1.1 Moderate Policy

• 100% refund if cancelled 7 days or more before check-in.
• 50% refund if cancelled 3–6 days before check-in.
• No refund if cancelled within 48 hours of check-in.
• No refund for no-shows

1.2 No Refund Situations

The guest will not qualify for any refund if:
• The guest leaves the property early without informing the operator.
• The guest checks out early due to personal reasons.
• The guest violates building rules, property rules, or occupancy policies.
• The booking was made using incorrect details or fraudulent information.

2. Refund Method

• Refunds are issued only to the guest’s bank account.
• 2.5% bank/payment charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days, depending on the bank.

3. Security Deposit Refund

• A refundable security deposit may be required at the time of booking.
• The security deposit will be refunded only after checkout inspection by our team.
• If no damages or missing items are found, the deposit will be returned within 5–8 working days.
• Any damages, missing items, deep cleaning, or violation penalties will be deducted before refund.

4. Modifications

Changes to booking dates depend on availability and may involve additional charges.

5. Force Majeure

In events beyond our control (government restrictions, natural disasters), refunds follow the same moderate cancellation policy.

House Rules

• No smoking in non-smoking units.
• No parties or loud gatherings.
• Respect building rules and neighbors.
• Early check-out without informing the company results in no refund.

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: After 3:00 PM
• Check-out: By 12:00 PM (noon)

Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur charges.

Security Deposit

• A refundable security deposit may be required.
• The deposit is returned after inspection within 5–8 working days.
• Deductions may be applied for:

o Damages
o Missing items
o Extra cleaning
o Policy violations
